Description:

Defines the start and end of a list which is not numbered (<OL>) or bulleted (<UL>). This tag is obsolete and does not work in Internet Explorer (at least). You should use <UL PLAIN> instead.

Attributes:

COMPACT
Compress the space taken by the list.
